Game Recording Lagging when game was streamed on discord at same time

I normally get all my matches automatically recorded when i run a game of Escape from Tarkov from the app, Outplayed. However, when i play with friends on discord, i also stream my screen so my team mates can see what im look at live as well. However, whenever I do this, AND ONLY WHEN I DO THIS, the replay from outlook is laggy. Is there a fix for this? Or should i just stop streaming live on discord altogether?

If your CPU has integrated graphics, try to change the setting on the recording to utilize integrated graphics instead of your dedicated GPU

Hopefully that could lessen the burden on your GPU
