Can my parrents deny me accses to my own savings acount when i want to purchase something that will help me with the education & career that i want?

I want to be a gunsmith, i have had that dream since i was a little child, i know a few local gunsmiths and their work is so highly dependant upon a 3d printer (for prototyping) that they had to invest in a 3d printer to keep up with their competitiors and to stay afloat since comercial 3d printing services are costly for a small busineses.

Well if you are under 18 then yes, they own your account and you have no "rights" to it.

A 3d printer seems low on the list of things a gun smith needs. Maybe a lathe and mill would be a better option.

So, parrents can just decide to be EXTREMELY DOUCHY and just flat out WITHOUT EVEN LISTENING TO ME just deny me accses to a major part of my education and dream job?

(Well, in this case, my dad is supportive because he has talked with the gunsmiths that i know and he has actually tried to put himself in my situation, my mother wont even listen to us and just keeps telling me that, a 3d printer is just a "childish toy" and that they will "dissapear" in a few years)

Is it their money they earned or is it your money you earned getting a job? If it was the latter you deserve access to it. If it was the former, you do not deserve access to it. Want a 3D printer? Get a job and earn the money to support what you want to do. Simple as that. You said it is your dream job, then go out there and support it.

 

No offense, but the way you type makes you sound childish, especially with your choice of words. Maybe act more mature and they will hear you out and believe it is something real when they see you put forth effort in getting a job to get the ball rolling on things.

Its my own money, some i have saved up myself, some that i have gotten from family members for my 16th birthday. (Ps: my native language isnt english, so i dont know how to propperly word myself)

Also, i cant get a job around here now, you have to be 18 to work in a retail store, the only jobs that i can apply for is on farms or similar kinds of work (summer/autumn, during harvesting season))

Yes they can, but you could also legally ask to be emancipated to avoid that shit from reoccurring and manage your own life, if you think you're up for it.

They ARENT putting money asside for me, they havent even touched that bank acount since they opened it.

OK then. I think a 3d printer is a step ahead, have your a work area setup bench, vice, tools etc surely becoming a gun smith a 3d printer is last on the list.

I have inherited my grandfather's tools (drillpress, vice, toolkit, special tools for threading different metals, old but good mill and a decent welder .etc)

@Strando123 why not talk to one of you local gunsmiths and ask them if they need an apprentice. That way you have access to all of there machinery including the 3d printer and you learn how to become a gunsmith . But to answer you question you are a minor so who ever cares for you legally has access to your account they can only deposit money (if my memory is correct) but you also cant withdraw money unless you have your parents permission. accept for certain circumstances.

Also everyone telling you if they can or not is basing it on there countries laws.  In the US they can.  

I have no idea what the laws are like in your country.

Problem is that, its illegal for me to work with firearms because im under 18.

i just did a bit of digging and ya i guess it is illegal even under an apprenticeship

well you can have a gun licenses when your 16 to 18 with parents permission although it does not look like something they normally do

My father and i went through the whole ordeal for him and i to get hunting permits/gun lisences, he has his, but my mother refused to sign the paperwork that is required for me to get mine. (In addition, she called the cops on my father when he gave me an airrifle for my 14th birthday....)

Instead of just assuming that you are under US jurisdiction, I will have to say it depends on the laws where you live. 

In some countries you will get some priviliges earlier than 18. For example, I have had my own bank account since I was 13 years old.

That bank account was (and still is) mine, and no one except me (and the courts) can decide what happens to it.

If you were the one that signed the paperwork for the bank account, you should also be considered the owner of the bank account.

When I was 14, I went hunting with my dad and did archery in our backyard. 

My father is a normal parrents, my mother isnt.

(Ps: i live in Norway and my parrents opened the bank acount)
