This isn't the NSA collecting info on you. I'm simply interested in what level of education level you guys are at.

I'm currently in college (for Europeans, University).

Currently in college.

Majoring in management information systems and currently a year (and a half counting this semester) in. Will probably switch my major next semester to aerospace and mechanical engineering, which means I'll probably still be here for another four years. Yay, nothing like a victory lap. Oh well, ya gotta do what makes you happy.

I got my GED and joined the workforce.

I regret nothing. By far the best choice I could have made.

Good for you man! I know too many people who just get pressured into College because "you have to" and end up regretting it.

Europeans have college too. There IS a difference between college and university. Here is a quote from (Canadian) YouTuber "ADoseOfBuckley" that summarizes the differences quite well (this was in response to a question of the difference between college and uni in Canada on one of his videos):

"University" is considered a more academic thing, while "College" teaches more specialized, practical programs. You get "degrees" from University, and "diplomas" in College. For example, I took "Radio Broadcasting" at College. It was a 2 year program that focused entirely on that, and was heavily practical (you spent most of it running the campus radio station). You take every class with the same people (give or take a couple). University would offer "Communications", a degree that may optionally teach some things about radio broadcasting, but at no point would require you to be on-air for any part of it. The joke is that you go to University to get a degree, and you go to College to get a job. However, a person could spend as many years at College as they wanted to but would never be qualified to become a lawyer or doctor. You have to go to University for that type of thing.

EDIT: I am in college at the moment. Going to get my Bachelors of Applied Science with a major in Computer Networking with Microsoft, and a minor in Computer Networking with Cisco (actually an Associates of Applied Science, but listed as a minor for the time being for credit-hour reasons through my college).

I'm a "high school" graduate trying to jump into the military to try and continue my education later on.

I got my GED and joined the workforce.

I regret nothing. By far the best choice I could have made.

Curious...may I ask how difficult that was for you? Where I live people have a real tough time trying to get jobs with a GED without experience to back it.
