  1. Facebook marketplace is where i usually sell electronics. Just look at other ps4s in your area and what they're selling for, and price it accordingly. If anything slightly inflate the price a bit so you're more likely to get the money that you want for it, as there's always room for negotiation.
  2. Alright so i just got new home internet from fido and I get 100mbs down and 10 up. I have a dlink powerline adapter (d-link dhp-309av) that i have now repurposed just for my laptop since i dont need the 2nd router in my room for my phone anymore. I get 60 on my phone and 90 with wifi on my laptop in my room. but connected directly thru powerline my laptop isnt getting more than ~22mpbs on speedtest. both the adapters are plugged into the wall and they've been in use for ~ 2 years and did fine. They're supposed to be rated up to 500mbs per second so im confused. I already hard reset them thru w
  3. i bought it during black friday sales. try back to school, the reason i got it so cheap is cause i also used a unidays discount code on top of the sale price.
  4. inspiron 7567 or 7577 if you can get it on sale. I paid around $1100CAD ($900USD) for my 7577 with an i5, 1060 max q and 256gb ssd and it's a pretty solid computer. backlighting for the keyboard is a lil dim but the rest of the laptop is pretty solid. feel free to ask any questions.
  5. 110 CAD before taxes at the very most, i really dont wanna spend more than $90 unless i see value, if that makes sense.
  6. Should i use my current headphones Sony MDR950BT (hardwired) and just get a blue ICE? or should i just get a new headset (Arctis 3, 5 , g230/430)? i don't really care about 7.1 audio, as long as i can hear directional audio in CS and other FPS games properly My trition kunais finally started breaking at the wire, and only work when the cable is flexed a certain way I already know that people do this with studio monitors (which my headphones are not) and they use a modmic, if anyone running a similar setup could give me their opinion, that'd be great.
  7. check to see if multicore rendering is enabled in settings. If it doesn't fix the problem, reinstall. I used to only get 120fps (i5 7300 & 1060 6gb) until i reinstalled the game. Now on most maps i get 160-200 fps
  8. do you guys get hit with crazy inflation? the model i posted comes out to 1180 EU
  9. Dell inspirion 7577 I went from a macbook pro to this and i have no regrets, its a pretty good gaming laptop, and if you can get it on sale, its honestly a steal because it's significantly cheaper than other 1060 laptops (the max q design is 10% worse than a regular 1060) the only caveats is that the battery life is short, like most other gaming laptops and the chassis is made out of plastic, but well made. http://www.dell.com/en-ca/shop/cty/pdp/spd/inspiron-15-7577-laptop/ni157577_bt_h615e here's dave 2ds review of the 7577
  10. So now i'm looking at how low i can go for getting a decent mech keyboard on amazon and i found this: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B071D8XWH7/ref=s9u_simh_gw_i2?ie=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B071D8XWH7&pd_rd_r=5e8cd71c-da1b-11e7-b826-eb3b2a9a9ae1&pd_rd_w=U1rlc&pd_rd_wg=set4Z&pf_rd_m=A3DWYIK6Y9EEQB&pf_rd_s=&pf_rd_r=5BBZ8GQYDYVA6RHQ8W0V&pf_rd_t=36701&pf_rd_p=07871b8e-d32a-4963-b98f-ba712077f7f5&pf_rd_i=desktop will i regret not having backlighting on a keyboard? and are Outemu switches really that inconsistant? im looking on reddit and everyone seems to
  11. Also, Mechanical-feeling keys, whats that all about? is it a marketing scheme for membrane keyboards?
  12. how do the romer g switches feel? i haven't heard too much about them.
