PC SLOW AF

HI Guys,

I'm an experienced pc builder and Im currently  after building a pc for a client which is causing issues these are the issues below.

Ram capacity not the same as bios as in windows 

Whole entire pc is slow af which concludes of 100% new parts

Keeps crashing once upon booting quite often

Games crash once upon launching and is stuttery as hell,if gotten into a game 

XMP Speeds don't hold 

msi b550 gaming wifi,AMD RYZEN 5 5700X,rtx 5060, RGB CORSAIR DOM PLATS 32gb total @3600mhz

I'd reinstall windows as a starting place

You're gonna have to elaborate. Do you have event logs? Minidumps?

but how experienced are you with troubleshooting?

I'd reinstall windows first, after that if the issue still occurs then I would reflash the bios - but please use a UPS - if you reflash the bios.
