  1. I am trying to recover a OneNote folder, but can't seem to get it to open up. Backstory is a co-worker deleted a user's profile and backed up our usual things. Come to find out the user couldn't access the last two years of her OneNote files. Turns out what she saved to her network folder was either renamed or moved, so it hasn't synced up in 2 years. We were able to recover the OneNote files using data recovery stuff and after hours of trying different things we can't seem to fully open it. Not sure if it's somehow tied to her old profile in some way. We know it was all made in OneNote 2016.
  2. Perfect for shucking or data backup https://www.bestbuy.com/site/wd-easystore-14tb-external-usb-3-0-hard-drive-black/6425303.p?skuId=6425303
  3. Yeah I was thinking unraid might be the best option. I also have unlimited Google Drive storage as well for free, so I guess you could say that's my backup
  4. So I have my plex on a i5-3570k system with a single 6tb wd red. It's about %65 full atm. I'd like to shuck some drives for more storage and move it to the i7-4770k build in my signature. Trying to figure out the best way to do so
  5. I pretty much wanna do a mirror to mirror copy, so would it be better to just run JBOD? Make a movies drive, movies backup, tv show drive, and tv show back up and just move files to both drives as I update with new media?
  6. Have you ever had to rebuild a drive? I meant I was gonna go with 4x8TB or possibly 4x10TB depending on sales during black Friday. Unfortunately, could not pick any up on the Prime day sale. Yeah I'll look into this. I really don't wanna have to re-rip stuff since my collection has grown exponentially over 2 years.
  7. So I wanna transition my old i5 plex server with single WD red 6tb into my current i7-4770k with a 4x8-10 shucked drive setup. I'm not sure the best way to go about setting up raid or even using unraid. I'd like something I could possibly have some redundancy cause JBOD backing up is just annoying. Like some sort of mirrored drives, so maybe Raid 1 or 5? Got any suggestions or advice on this?
  8. Waiting to hear back from a company after multiple interviews is stressful... lol

  9. Totally agree with this! With such an expensive GPU, I would definitely upgrade your psu
  10. Which CX is it, grey or green? I know the old variants were green and honestly straight up trash for high gaming pcs cause of power delivery
  11. Yeah I graduated in August and am still working my student worker job. Luckily, my college allows up to 6 months after graduation to find a real job.
  12. That's ancient lol. I apologize for my complaint. I wanna upgrade but in reality I don't game anymore, and basically use my pc as a web browser. I just have a ton of chrome tabs open 24/7 with work. Yeah 1080p for lifesssss
  13. Remember when 6gb of Vram was crazy? Cough 980ti fml... My setup is old af
