There is internet, just 4+ hour latency, so films and tv shows would work, as would single player games. and websites lit tech tips and others could be set to auto cache all there new files every morning.

Have to send women if we're planning on colonising eventually. My money is on the first Human on Mars being a women at this stage. Just a feeling I have based on the kids I see who are interested in exploration of our solar system.
