I thought i'd create a thread to share experiences abt linux gaming so people can know if a game runs well.

 

Actually i wanted to ask some questions but some people can find this helpful too soo 😃

 

I had problems with black mesa and Portal revolution. I think i will just use windows for these tho. And non steam games dont run as good but i just use steam for the most part. 

 

I think linux said it best to treat linux like a console and if you have a spare ssd i dont see why you shouldnt dual boot.

I know it might not be secure, yeah vibecoding is cool but we shouldnt do smt unless we understand it and etc. thx but these disclaimers get old quick. maybe we shall be reminded frequently for we are stupid but i dont work at a nuclear powerplant.
