AMD titan X competitor called "Radeon R9 Fury" with 4 differnt varient

ahhming

Make sense since it could run very hot and lots of power.

Ah, they are going for accurate naming, eh?  In that case, I would advocate naming their cards after existing volcanoes. At least that would make sense with their CPU naming methods and sound cooler.

If that really happened then my Neighbor would become fury and the only way to stop him from rampaging would be to quickly put him into RAM or PCI-e slot and let the cycle repeat.

Also, it sounds like something marketing department would come up with.

I would much prefer to say "oh I have a GeForce 780ti, or a Titan X" not a "hey guys I got the new super mega radeon explosion 2000" actually that would be a cool name

I laughed

Except you're over exaggerating, it's like "Hey I own the new Radeon Fury" see the difference ?

It would be funny if the name made people laugh but the card would destroy the Titan ECKS!

Yet to be seen if AMD can follow through on their rather large promises
