i686-elf is a GCC compiler that's bare bones. I mean, we're gonna totally use it for fitness, right?

fitness stands for what in this context , just a nonbloated compiler for low end hardware to get the max out of a potato?   (sorry again if this is a stupid question)

When people say they know a lot about computers then they dont know a thing like i would ask them what is a cpu. They reply with "I don't know". Then i ask them if they know what ram stands for or what it is and they reply with another I don't know. Then why are you saying you know a lot about computers. I have plenty of other experiences but that would be another time.

In my computer science class today (doing controlled assessment) someone didn't want to do the work because they only chose it so they could play flash games for 2 hours, so he asked me to 'check his code'. I walk over and he says 'can you make it so I can't do the work'. I decided to delete the shortcut for word and pull out the Ethernet cable and he seemed pretty happy with this. Later on, the teacher, who is supposed to be teaching us python but doesn't know how to (me and 2 others are teaching him xD), askes the student why he's not working. The student says that word is missing and that he cant do any research as his 'internet is broken'. The teacher has a quick look and basically says he can't be bothered to fix it and in the end, the teacher calls IT support and gets the student to move along one...

Funny enough I had a conversation with the IT guy later that day, he says the problem happens often and that some teachers sometimes forget to connect their laptop to the projectors.

One time I was At best buy seeing if there were any skylake i5 machines for around 500 USD. I asked the guy if they had anything, he started to go off on how an A10 Apu machine will do 60fps ultra if i made the system ram 32gb. He basically told me that more ram is better. After he said that i acted like a smart ass and asked. well does it have a gpu? He said that Gpu's are just a fad and that they are only a scandal made by pcmr.

It's funny cause afterwards he pointed to an alienware with a 960 8gb ram and an i7 6700 and said it was usless because it only had 8 gb of ram

They did improve on their cooling for the 1080

From reviews, load temps is around low 70ish, and the built in 4-pin fan headers are a nice feature. It lets the gpu controls the case fans based on its temperature.

why is the current gen of GPU coolers so horrible , the rx480 G1 gaming is awful , according to jays that thing is at 80c under load no matter what   , and the cooler is terrible at getting rid of the heat , exausting bearly any warm air while the backplate burns your finger

i am well aware , but this is a cooler problem , the reference cooler does a better job and its just a piece of crappy aluminium, the issue here is that the cooler on the G1 card is unable to dissipate the heat , my 270x , in games when its under heavy load , it gets to 65c and the DC2 cooler on it has no trouble dissipating it , same w/ my XFX 6870, the air that comes out of those coolers is nice and toasty , while its just hand warm coming from the G1 according to Jay in his newest vid
