My pc specs are as follows:

MSI Z370-A PRO LGA 1151-2 ATX
Motherboard

Core i7 9700

Zotac Gaming RTX 3060 Twin Edge OC (Boost 1807MHz) 12GB (15000MHZ)

Corsair CX750W Bronze power supply

Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (4x 8GB) DDR4 CL14 2400MHz Memory Black

5000D CORE AIRFLOW Mid-Tower ATX PC Case — White

2 fans the front(intake)

1 fan in the back  (exhaust)

hyper 212 evo V2 cpu cooler

Storage:

SSD 860 Evo 1TB - windows 11 x64 installed on ssd

ST2000DM008-2FR102

 

and I just want to know what I might need to upgrade and if I might be bottle necking on my pc because my fps dips a lot and I don't think I'm getting the fps I'm supposed to most of my games I play in 1440p but I have switched them to 1080p with minimal to not noticeable performance differences there's a chance Im expecting too much but I'm unsure
