it's hard to not care what people think of you, because humans are social animals, but when you tell people how they feel, you'll know who to trust and confide in best.

Also, for future reference, girls are more accepting of people like you, at least from where I live. Most will not judge you for liking guys. They're way more fun to talk to as well as their conversations are more open rather than you getting strange looks with every conversation you start. AKA, you cannot have a conversation about, say, cheekbones with a lot of other guys. Girls will pretty much guaranteed by OK with that xD

anyway, rebutle with ingorance.

 

i used to work in a kitchen where i was one of the two white guys, everyone else was black. they'd call me black racial slangs and i'd call them white racial slang so it was reversed, it was pretty decent. we all thought of our manager as a slave driver, but we also knew he was a cool guy, so we actually made fun of the racial stigma alot. it was a cool place to work because we overcame color.

We can't Benchmark like we used to, but we have our ways. One trick is to shove more GPUs in your computer. Like the time I needed to NV-Link, because I needed a higher HeavenBench score, so I did an SLI, which is what they called NV-Link back in the day. So, I decided to put two GPUs in my computer, which was the style at the time. Now, to add another GPU to your computer, costs a new PSU. Now in those days PSUs said OCZ on them, "Gimme 750W OCZs for an SLI" you'd say. Now where were we? Oh yeah, the important thing was that I had two GPUs in my rig, which was the style at the time! They didn't have RGB PSUs at the time, because of the war. The only thing you could get was those big green ones.

Its really a conclusion you just need to come to yourself. Whether by experimentation or contemplation.

Please don't live in fear of what others will think of you. We don't exist to serve the whims of our less enlightened brethren. A life lived in fear... Its not life at all.

No matter what we prefer or desire, we're all members of one species, one Human race. Nothing can change that, and any attempt to label you otherwise is scientifically and logically false.

One powerful tool I found is to be able to laugh at oneself. Be accepting of yourself to the point where you can joke about it. When one can do that one is free to do whatever the hell one wishes.

being the best is skill based, not just about popularity. He's popular but pretty underwhelming ;)

I must say, as I do play many instruments and have had the honor to meet Mr. White. He is very good player. It is not a matter of skill, but finesse is lot of it too and skill is something he has, not many guitarists will solo without a backing band.

I try to base my philosophies about Human diversity as much on fact as I can. I do think the knowledge that no matter what we do or who we love we're still all members of the same race.. That's powerful, strangely.

The exploration of just how madly diverse we are is a wonderful thing. Now if only we could learn that beauty, creativity and strength all come from the combination of that diversity... Perhaps we'd be much better off.

I think you've covered the answer in your question: Consenting and sentient. That's basically my be all and end all.

Maybe that's just my love for the various Star Trek novels characters who are gay and members of different species speaking. But barring biological incompatibility... I don't see any issues.

EDIT: Our ancestors got jiggy with Homo Neanderthalensis back a few millennia anyway :P
