i think both cards look pretty great, but the AMP!Extreme plus is a little bit more in style with my build atm. I really like the attempts of changing the triple cooler design compared to other similar designs. also, in general i do prefer to know that power delivery is not a problem no matter what purpose you need that power for.

Ooooh another giveaway. I just love the price of the 970. Also the performance of the 980 is amazing which is expected although I can't wait to see what a 980ti would deliver. i think they should've made the extreme with metal, because it looks extremely good but the plastic ruins it a little, but still i would go for the extreme. Just because i have plenty of room left in my case.

The new nvidia 900 series are just awesome and i hate myself now for buying a AMD card, so i really hope i can win this competition and get a decent nVidia card to game on.

the 900 series is one of nvidia's best series because of its efficiency and power also the features of maxwell seam pretty cool.

For me the best that the new 900 series have (apart from the 980 being the most powerful single CPU in teh market) is the power efficiency. By far, the best part of it.

Well I dont believe in investing to such cards especially if they are not housing the flagship chip... I mean you pay like 40% or even more of the price of a reference cards and your real life results are like 1% better so nop nop nop Only reason to buy an amp extreme version is if I had money to spare for a 980 one + water cooling so it would make sense to try change bios etc and overvolting the card but then again only if I had money to through out of the window..

On the otherside if I am the lucky winner and get one for free rest assured it would be very cool

Triple slot cooling makes me sad. Nice cards though.
