I got the perfect set of classes although I really do wish that people in my school weren't so frustratingly stupid. Grade 12 by the way.

It's something unpredictable. But in the end is right. I hope you've had the time of your life.

1st semester, 5 weeks of a bullshit "how to go to college online" and blow sunshine up each others asses class

2nd semester started today, 5 week refresher math course. so afraid, haven't taken a math class in 8 years O.o

Ketchup is better than mustard.

Well, I'm lucky my physics teacher is British.

Physics class is really just math class. Lots of graphs. Lots of force equations. Generally not enjoyable. Luckily I had the best physics group ever.

Eh, it sort of is, but at the same time, it isn't. My physics class is very hands-on. Lots of labs, lots of experiments. it's pretty fun.

Given that I have only been back for a week, as the teachers in my province were on strike and now we have 1.5 weeks less time per term it sucks. But given that this is my grad year its not all that bad.

Well i mean i've been in school for about two months now... :T I just had to count on my fingers to remember which grade i was in though (11, you tend to forget when you're taking college courses in high-school).

 

hmmm... compared to last year i don't have one of my favorite teachers which means i don't get root-bear floats (being a teachers pet is kinda amazing :D). doing scholarship essays allot for another one of my teachers... sucking up where i can and all that good stuff. College Political science+ college US History 101= <3. best classes ever. Ethics? </3 no bueno. chemistry is super dull as science always is... fill out the paper, turn in, mess around all class and not pay attention, get B or A and leave.

goddamn senior year was so fun.

 

I had "easy" hard classes AP environmental, macroecon, government, and lit.

latin 4 wasn't that bad because I already sat through 3 years of it

art class was art class

 

I dicked around on indesign and photoshop the entire time in journalism class if I bothered to show up. The best part is journalism is only there as a prerequisite for an application to join the yearbook team, but I was already a senior so lelwhyamihere (AP Euro history was dissolved due to low registration, so I got shoehorned into either journalism or Holocaust). Teacher used to chew out other people for missing class, I remember turning in a project a day ahead and telling him I was skipping the next day he was like "k". He used to yell at people for not working and sometimes I'd sit there playing on my laptop or doing other work and would do the Indesign and PS work at home, never bothered me.

 

going to both lunches, teachers not giving a shit about what I do, coming to school at lunch time, having more absences in art than I had days attended (teacher didn't care, I still turned work in)

playing on my phone during the entire environmental period while others got yelled at for glancing at a text message

 

don't get me wrong though, I still pulled off a solid 3.6 unweighted GPA and passed all my exams.

 

shit man senior year I felt like a goddamn prince, easily the most fun I've had in school because the year was like one long party at school, you best enjoy the fk out of it.

I've been there, done that, and been through college with the air force, certified in Electrical engineering, and have an associates degree in IT and I'm 19 and paid nothing but a notebook and pens for school. #1A331 #AirborneMissionSystemsSpecialist

None of my classes really did that since nobody was much of a hooligan. I was in mostly AP classes we all traveled in a small group, so most of the people in my classes were people I already knew from previous years despite my school having over 4000 students.

Sometimes I really think they did scheduling like that on purpose through some algorithm to get people that already are familiar with each other in the same classes. We had strong cliques formed, if there were pranks I had no idea about any and didn't participate in any. I shit you not this school was so large and at the same time so self-compartmentalized and isolated it would have been a field day for a social study.

 

We never really did pranks? Maybe it's just an out of date misconception or my school was different. We did the opposite, most of the classes grouped together and bought teachers gifts. Had a giant teddy bear for one teacher, some fancy ass pen for another, a massive fruit arrangement and flowers for another. At one point we forced cakeday for the latin teacher's birthday by bringing in a giant cake and soda without mentioning it, lol.

I had to drop my classes because of my condition. 

 

GPA is 3.7, was really looking foward to starting some engineer courses in the spring. Now I need a refund and make sure my transcript is protected.

4 AP Classes this year (Senior year):  AP Calc BC, AP English, AP Computer Science, AP Physics.

 

Still not as challenging as last year. (I'm looking at you AP US History)
