Cheap set of speakers so that I didn't have to deal with the constant notification and having to select what had been plugged into a socket (also I didn't want to have to plug in headphones all the time to hear anything on my secondary system).

I bought a pair of Texas Steer work boots for $29.99. Unfortunately, I think my feet fall under the "child/youth" size though. Too bad work boots like these simply don't exist for women at a reasonable price and quality. -_-

How much did those cost? What do they sound like? I lost my BOSE Companion speakers a while go and have been looking for a good, cheap option.

The price isn't going to help since it would be UK pricing, and while they have good enough sound they don't have any bass even if I use a EQ preset on the sound card control panel so if you want to have some adjustment beyond the volume on the speakers, you might be better off getting the Z200's which are currently just under $25 on Amazon and has slightly larger drivers (it does state that there are two per speaker, but only one is an actual speaker) and have slightly more power (10w instead of 6w on the Z150s).

I tend to pamper my new phone, so after getting a UAG and Spigen case, I've also gotten this 'Crystal' case from VRSDesign. Look good and has a nice 'kick stand' to prop up the phone when I wanna watch a movie or two. Also bought a bunch of OPM graphic novels, Vols 3 and 6 were sold out, and I already have Vols 1 and 2.....gonna cosy up in bed and read them with some nice music playing in the background.

A few things on ebay. The Supermicro Server is for a file server. I'm taking a bit of a gamble on the specs of the thing but it looks in fairly good conditon based on the pictures and the seller has pretty good reviews. Also the fan with the USB adapter is for a little contraption to cool down a family member's media center cabinet that has front cabinet doors that gets pretty hot due to the cable box and no ventilation.

Later today, my dad, sister, and I are going to Microcenter for some christmas shopping. :P Sister is getting a fairly good CyberPowerPC prebuilt and a 1080p Asus (more than likely) monitor with speakers in it. Right now she's using a loaner OptiPlex 760 USFF and her old Acer 5:4 monitor with a pair of 2.0 Logitech speakers that barely work anymore.

As for me, I'm probably just getting an M65 PRO RGB FPS 6969 MEGA420 EDITION mouse, since my old M40 is really starting to show its age (the texture on the sides is basically worn off and the middle click doesn't work, so not only is it hard to do some stuff in FPS games but it's kinda slippery). And since my dad is having to pay a pretty penny for my school shit, as well as the fact that I'm computer spoiled, I'm fine with the fact that she's getting 650 dollars or so worth of fancy new computer stuff and I'm just getting an RGB mouse. :P

Tho a bad note is that we have to wait until Christmas to unwrap the shit because Christmas.

8350 should be fine with a 480 and will only bottleneck in those severly singlethreaded and dual threaded games I managed to use a RX 480 with a i3 4370 and it worked fine and was only being bottlenecked in CPU heavy games like Battlefield 1 which is one of the more multithreaded games and should take advantage of the 8350 fine

Can't wait to laugh my head off while playing this.

Plus, got some discs for disc golf since they put a course in a nearby park.  Surprising, since that park out here in the country side.
