What shipping options do you choose

I always choose the cheapest thing unless it is something I really need asap. I was wondering under what circumstances do you choose which shipping options

depends on the price of the item and the shipping cost. and where its comming from. dude its not one for all. i choose what ever makes sense for what Im getting.

I always choose cheapest because there is no difference between the 2 options where i get my pc stuff from it always comes in 1-2 days.

Cheapest usually, cause living in Canada shipping can real ridiculous real fast. I am willing to pay a bit more to go through Purolator over UPS or Canada Post, as UPS normally charges a 15$ fee randomly for over 85% of my packages and Canada Post is just awful and slow.

Ill pick the cheapest however the difference between standard and expedited 3 day on USPS is like $2 more and I will usually go for that.

If its Canada Post, cheapest. Its fast enough. 

 

If its UPS, it doesn't matter. They'll lose the package all the same. 

 

If its DHL, express. 8pm next day delivery to my house and the driver has never screwed up anything so I feel more confident in some of the more important purchases.

The $80 (or whatever) a year Amazon Prime free 2-day shipping or if I'm impatient the $5 1-day shipping or $9 Saturday-shipping. If it's Newegg I use the free one or the cheap 3-day one, and if it's eBay I pray to the stars.

I always choose the cheapest, I used to get priority but then I realized that it doesn't make packages get here any faster.  I once ordered a pair of Dirt Biking boots from the States and the guy mailed them thru normal USPS and they got to my house in 3 days (In Canada) and priority from within Canada was taking longer then that.

I'll usually pay the extra for UPS or first class mail, so it comes quicker if it's not a million dollars.

I generally choose XpressPost from Canada Post. I can have my items from NCIX in 2 business days.

 

I will never use UPS as they tried to scam an additional $80 out of me when I had an HAM antenna shipped up from the U.S.. The reseller claimed to have in-house brokerage. They called three times and then sent a collection letter. I still haven't paid and they haven't pursued.

 

DHL is an option, but I don't trust the contractor to deliver the packages on time. It's actually Loomis Express here, handled by TDS.

In the UK there are many companies that will do same day courier services for £45 per item, but ive only used them once.

Well if it's a domestic purchase I only have 2 options.

Both are equally fast and often equally priced and offer shipping if the package is bigger than letter size.

You really don't choose a shipping option here.

if im ordering from newegg i always pick overnight, being a premire member it cuts the cost in half, other sites i ususally got 3 day
