And just in time my F@H machine is back up and running to it's full potential! Line is still moving up aswell.

I won't be running any other machines this time, mostly because i'll be out of the country for work. So just this machine this time.

Seems like azure is having trouble allocating literally any resource with vague "not available for your sub" error. From my research (by which I mean searching it up on the interwebs), it seems to be a temporary thing that might go away after a couple hours. I'll check in a while, but it does mean I *might* be late for the event. (Unless someone can spare a $1 virtual card /s)

OMG i am so annoyed...Last event it took me OVER 1300Watts 8 Computers Of power to produce ~12m Points... a day...I am currently averaging 14M on 4 Computers ~ 6-700Watt...

I run my FTW 3070 at 70% and my LHR at 80% they both pull ~200 watts

So lets assume you Running ~80%

3070 ~200-210Watt

2070 ~ 140

1080s ~ 288 for 2

M4000 ~200 for 2

you are ~ 800-1000W just in GPU.

I snagged them up for ~300 each. They're for my overkill nas/plex "super computer", but as a happy side result I get about 300k-350k ppd on them. I've seen as high as 800k on that system, but it tends to be closer to 600-700k. 

I'll never use them to full capacity except in F@H but that's the point of that entire computer. They're blowers and are loud, but in the case I've got I can run without side panel and keep them quieter, or use the 200mm fans that Silverstone shipped in the case. No side panel is slightly quieter, but that's a loud room anyways. Has all my GPUs in it and the GTX cards are all in an open frame. 

 

Depending on how good the deal is, I'd count on 325k ppd each at about 100W that @cbigfootquoted above.

I'm running my 3070Ti at 138W for an average of 4.3MPPD.

 

Try:

nvidia-smi -i <GPU ID> -lgc 0,1440

on your 3070s I thing you'll be impressed with the slight decrease in PPD and the massive decrease in Power. To reset to default Boost use:

nvidia-smi -i <GPU ID> -rgc

Ugh, bad luck. My laptop's CPU fan failed just an hour ago. Disconnected it and, of course, temps are way too high now. I'll limp home and finish this WU, but I'm done with Folding until I can get that fan replaced.

Scratch the idea of just folding on the 1660 Ti this week. I've decided to get the rest of the cards up and running, so I'm now folding on my RX 570, GTX 1660 Ti, GTX 680, R9 270, and a couple little CPUs. I've also got a GT 1030 that I'd like to put to the test, though I know it won't come close to any of the other cards I'm running. The RTX 3080 is still folding, but I don't know how much longer I'll have it.

lol. i will be bluntly idk where i will be at atm.  seeing what i mention above and also(which i wont be doing) i gotten 2 god awful cpu task.i will be general running gpu only wu this time.

also  temps both in house and out are bad this year(i  am  in s fl.)

lastly(the steam card thing never work for win last time)
