Using anything copyrighted without permission is always iffy. The "fair use" bit allows some use, but ofc can't be the point since point should be your current situation. Asus and many other brands have image pack for media purposes, you can use that without issues.

But using just logos when you don't intend to gain profits is usually acceptable. PS. If you meme/tune the logo, that might give you extra points from the judges.

If you win/are chosen, yes. Thats kinda the point of this, if you haven't noticed. The travel costs (flights and hotels) are covered by Asus. Passport is something else. I don't know how expensive they are in other countries. Here getting new is something like €50 (or more for fast delivery) plus picture for it €10. And thats valid for 5 years, so its actually pretty cheap. Even though I've not used this current one even once, benefits of being EU citizen.

Tens of thousands of people sign-up for competitions/giveaways like these, they won't give it to someone just cause they asked nicely.

 

Save up and build a budget PC, you can also buy used hardware instead of brand new ones, you don't need the latest and greatest to play esport games.
