I don't actually see any technical reason it cannot be done, even if each day you re-parse the entire entry form in to a staging table then run a stored procedure to pull in new entrants.

As a tech on another host, our cron job had issues last night because of the daylight savings time switchover. It was scheduled to run, the switchover happened, then it errored out because of the new time and we had to run it manually. I'm betting that's what happened to them. It'll work itself out tonight.

Ahhhhhhh!

I had to stop folding. I had a graphics card die on me, plus have had a heatwave (well, just usual Australian weather but other countries *cough* UK *cough* would call it a heatwave) so really wasn't keen on heating up the room that was already approaching 40C ambient without the system folding.

 

I'll be back next year!

Same like QLD in Aus. Only State that doesn’t change the clocks —>  due to farmers saying its bad for their cattle.

omg I'm dumb and didn't realize that you had to sign up for the ltt giveaway until I read through the thread again... I suck at time zone conversions so I hope it's not to late. I'm in Sweden so by my calculations I think I'm in the clear. Can anyway confirm? Cause 4th of november just started in the USA right?

Currently developing games for the visually impaired/blind. Love computers and cute things. Am I cute?

So 5 PM PST 4th November = 2AM 5th of November Sweden time..

Well, this is the last day for the folding event. 

 

I'm fairly happy with my results from Folding@Home month. Just over 30 million points earned and I managed to stay within top 100 for the team (lifetime - currently rank 94). Little disappointed I couldn't manage to stay in the top 100 for the event, but that's just because there were so many dedicated folders this year it was hard to keep up!

 

The team did exceptionally well this year! Over 17 BILLION points earned for the event which is just crazy! Almost tripled last years results of around 6.5 Billion.
