Hey all, I'm sorry that it has taken me so long to push the badges out. Unfortunately I've been quite ill and busy over the Christmas and New Year period and haven't had the time or ability to start assigning them. But at last, the badges have been handed out!   The event badges should have been handed out to everyone who met the requirements for them. Just passed 1 million PPD across 3 systems ?. WUs should be done just as the folding contest month starts. I am having way too much fun with this, maybe I'll do a low-power rig or something while I wait... Good luck!

False alarm. TB port is dead. Not sure which is worse... sigh....

Double false alarm. 3 Thunderbolt cables later and it turn out I bought a 5-pack of just plain bad cables. Thanks Belkin...

Time Zone Failure.

 

My apologies, in a previous post I stated that the contest starting at 00:00GMT would translate to 19:00 Eastern Time.

I just figured out that we are actually currently in Daylight Time and will be going to Standard Time on the 4th of November so the contest starts recording Stats at 20:00 Eastern.

Good that it was just a cable issue and not the Thunderbolt or Enclosure. Did you notice any difference in PPD for the 1080Ti in the enclosure versus a PCIe3x16? I wouldn't expect one as TB has the bandwidth

Margin of error levels of difference for the most part. It's like a hair less, but sometimes not at all when it gets in the rhythm.
