I think it'd be best to describe what exactly each tier means.

a=best oc

b=good

c=okay

d=pretty bad to horrible (coolingwise that is, it doesn't make the entire card trash

This is all based on cooling performance BTW, I thought I should just make that clear

The FTW2 1080 and 1070 are the top end models.

Not the DT's, they would be down one.

together with known problems, which mostly mean bad cooling, yes

wow wow wow wow, why are the Zotac Minis in the low end range? If find them absolutely underrated, good cooling solution despite the size and really nice looking

we originally had them in tier c, but the cooling performance brought it down... size doesn't matter here, it's pure cooling

so it's basically about overclockability& temperatures?

Is there any way to "rank" coolings by sound level as well? BTW, I thought that MSI Armor is really not that good& MSI Gaming is certainly top-tier stuff.

Thank you for the list and effort. Great work.

Life is really challenging. I don't always suceed: )

sound might just get too much effort, we mainly focus on cooler performance

but it's mainly cooling and problems, as mentioned

Thanks tho

Just here for my bragging rights and empty wallet

Id love to own a HOF one day, but when even the damn 1030 is too expensive its a bit hard xD

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

As an Asus Dual owner, I can vouch for the absolutely crude cooling solution, specifically the fans on this hot boy. (No pun intended)
