You can save 20eur by going with 7600 instead of 7600X... if you enable PBO in the BIOS they are basically the same CPU

Then you can change RX 7800XT to RX 7900 GRE and the total price will be around 28eur more but you'll have better GPU

7600x -> 7600

cheaper better cooler

7800xt -> 7900 gre

cut some cost on other stuff

imo better off with a used 6800xt if available (usually 350-400€) and swap the 7600 for a 7800x3d, you wont lose much gpu performance but youll get a much better cpu

 Gonna have to say no on that psu. Its not bad but for a 7900gre based build id opt for a bit of a better unit.

Else yeah flat out better system

57€ for a 744w gold is pretty good value

12v = 62a = 744w so should be more than fine for an 80w chip and a 270w gpu or even a 300w gpu if op decides to go for a used 6800xt instead to upgrade the 7600 -> 7800x3d

400-450w system on a 744w psu should be more than fine and yes this is the same 12v rail rating as ops original choice the 750w focus gx so as far as im concerned no real diff, maybe if it was an earlier 3080/3090 with those massive power spikes but afaik rx 7000 doesnt have those

if you are concerned about the psu just go for an 850w xpg core reactor at 113€, kinda stupid to have a 10 year warranty but youd have to swap the psu anyways due to insufficient wattage

Consider a higher performance CPU cooler.

Consider a case that supports a front panel USB-C port.

Consider a PSU that complies with the new ATX 3.0 standard.
