Are you talking about corsair vengeance? Corsair is a very reputable brand for RAM...

firestronk got a reaction from zipspence in m.2 drive not showing correctly
Is this still under warranty? Like Kilrah said, this definitely sounds like a faulty drive considering that it's only showing up as 2gb.

firestronk got a reaction from bmx6454 in Problem with graphics card?
Have you tried clearing your GPU drivers with DDU and reinstalling the latest ones? Also wouldn't hurt to take a look in event viewer logs to see if it gives you any additional info.

That RX 480 keeps popping back up in surprising places that it's never expected.
May be a budget winner, but it's got a killer left hook.

But seriously it does "confirm" a few of the specs, which does put it ever so slightly ahead of the 390x

firestronk reacted to ShadowCaptain in Microsoft's profits have dropped by 25%
That is one factor
the other is that aside from gamers, and editors, a 5 year old laptop is still good enough for general browsing and documents for the average joe
There is no reason for people to go buy new PCs and Laptops

They say Guild Wars 2 is one of the best out there, and it's currently free-to-play.
I'm a huge fan of Bioware's work on Knights of the Old Republic and Dragon Age, which is why Star Wars: The Old Republic is one of my favourites with its cinematic storytelling and decision-based narrative. However, the free-to-play restrictions are terrible, and while it doesn't force a cash-shop in your face, it nerfs the XP rate and loot for free accounts. Also, I mostly played solo, so I can't vouch for the community except for Flashpoint events, which are pretty great if your partners are involved. If you decide to pick it up, I'd recommend sticking to Roleplay servers.

@PhoenixArising Try this http://www.thewindowsclub.com/error-code-0x8024001e-this-application-wasnt-installed
This method will most likely wipe out updates and will force it to re-update everything. Lets say it unclogs windows update's drain.

how it's possible that billions of little switches somehow let me watch a cat half way across the world taking a nap with only a 5 second latency, and do so flawlessly.
seriously, if you find someone that can explain a regular person how its possible a computer and the internet works together so flawlessly, that guy deserves a medail.
