It's not really necessary but when some computers start up they make a beep. This is what makes the beep.

ublock is nice. it uses the same definitions as adblock plus but it also makes the ad think you saw it, so it doesn't hurt content creators

Addblock hate is for good reason, its very... VERY inefficient and hogs memory and RAM. Swap to Ublock Origin for a much better experience.

We want The Elder Scrolls 6 FFS.

Really, the only good console is the Wii U.
Backwards compatible with the Wii and you can get older games (GameCube games and lower) on their market place.
Wii games are dirt cheap nowadays and Wii U games are very affordable and fun too.

I've got an Xbox One controller, and apparently, you don't need batteries if you're gonna use a microUSB cable. I don't really care about remapping, as you can do that in the games themselves. I used one of the PS4 controllers in the store, but for me the Xbox controller feels better
 
 
So I got an X1 controller, it works with most MicroUSB cables, you apparently don't need batteries, and it sucks for skyrim (because (cross)bows). I only tested it in 2 games yet, but it's amazing for Just Cause 2. I'm gonna test Burnout Paradise later

There's very little difference between an i5 and i7 in gaming. Just go with the i5-4690K, save a bit of money.

I googled a bit and i think i found some info. Sheson's memory patch is incorporated into SKSE and adresses normal RAM allocation, and ENBoost adresses VRAM allocation. I could be wrong though.

You can change that binding yes. In the default settings, it lowers your dpi temporarily while its clicked (The Sniper Button like i want to call it). Alot of people (Including me) have disabled it though

Have you thought of a g502? They're great mice, really ergonomic.
With your thumb alone, there are 3 buttons avaible to press, then there are 2 more to press wioth your pointing fingerr (sorry im not native english, i dont know the word for it in english )
 
The g402 has the exact same button layout as the g502 though, but its a bit less comfortable and comes with less premium features (like changing the weight)
 
The g602 has 8 buttons to press. 6 of them with the side of your thumb, so it looks like more of an MMO mouse to me. It's also wireless
