Excited Fallout 4 fans bring pre-order page offline

Yesterday morning, UK retailer GAME (which won exclusive rights to sell this special edition) announced that it would begin taking pre-orders for the Pip-Boy edition, which comes bundled with a real-life replica of Fallout’s famous personal computer.

 

Yet, as soon as the site was launched, it experienced heavy traffic from interested gamers and crashed almost instantly.

 

 

 

I know pre-ordering game is not a good thing. if you think of all the latest game. But still you are getting Pip-Boy.

It's literally an over-sized phone case, i don't understand why people are so excited for it. Like the buttons on it don't even function, you still have to use your phones screen to use that app.

depends on the context. In this case I'm probably safe...ish. but it's very contextual. If you're being a douche, and have a history of trolling, then you're probably going to get a warning if the mod decides you've got beyond the bounds of decency.

Actually I think @Barnacules should just 3D print one of these and do a better painting job (or a painting job as opposed as just getting not-even-close-colored-material)

If you actually took a tally of every word I've used in a post, I guarantee I have the highest usage ratio of any user on this forum. Its all about context and distribution, understand when its appropriate and when its excessive. If you know what you're doing and are a mostly positive contribution to the forum you can stay below the radar and provide mild entertainment to readers. The day I'm hit with a warning point for my shenanigans is the day this forum collapses

Hahahahahaha. Yeah man me too I curse quite a lot both in spoken and written speech. I have cursed quite a lot on this forum too and have never gotten a single warning point, but my cursing was never directed or offended anyone

And Fallout 4 pipboy edition because fuck you its a pipboy and I've wanted one since I was 10 and first played Fallout 2.

Supposedly, it will work with IOS and Android. There is a size limit, anything longer than six inches will not fit inside.

 

Basically, it will turn your smartphone into the world's smartest (and bulkiest) smartwatch.

 

The application will not require a Pipboy to use. You should be able to run it without the special edition Fallout 4 distribution. The app will give you an alternate way of navigating your in-game Pipboy. This will probably be a godsend for people that use a controller, not so much for us keyboard and mouse users.
