i'm loyal to a few.

pc peripherals: Corsair

motherboards: Asus

laptops and phones: Apple

and by loyal i don't mean fanboy. just like if i need a motherboard for a pc i will shop for an asus board first, and if i can't find one that has everything i need i will look at other brands.

Pretty much always use AMD CPUs :D

Quite like CMs water cooling solutions and PSUs.

Still use my iPad but I use an S7 Edge. I'm weird

none but i do have prefrences and ones i stay away from.

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

I'm not really attached to any computer brand, but as far as phones go, I have a significant sympathy for HTC.

I'm loyal to a few companies as well:

Phones/Tablets: Apple

Servers: HP/HPE

Motherboards: MSI/Gigabyte

Harddisks: Seagate

PSUs: Cooler Master

For other things, I mostly go for best value. Loyalty for these brands is usually based on personal experience with their reliability and/or general comfort/knowledge.

Very few.

Noctua is perhaps the only brand (in any industry) that I have blind faith in. I use Noctua fans & coolers in everything I do.

Apple iPhone by default now. I HATE Android (UI mainly, but a bunch of other stuff as well), so I used to alternate between Windows Phone & iPhone, but obviously iPhone's my only choice at the moment, and their OS is slowly but surely becoming more and more like Android so I'm not enthused with it at the moment. Likewise, they have no viable competition in the tablet market.

Small things. Such as widgets, interchangeable keyboards etc.

Yes it's very different in design to Android, but iOS is considerably more cluttered than it used to be.

if i need Linux when i'm on the road i use a HP EliteBook that's about 6 years old now. it still runs very nice. HP made some good stuff a few years back. their recent stuff all looks a little meh to me...

Ducky for keyboards, other than that it boils down to price to performance and what's available. I'm not too picky for PC parts.

LG for phones.

For mountainbikes, Hope, Magura, Canfield and All Mountain Style.

apple, but from now on I think I will go refurbished.

the price is just too steep.

lower end iphone + 1 or two gen older macbook pros might be the combo that fits me.

If it is not broken, let's fix till it is.

There are some i prefer, such as asus for mobo's but as for "loyalty" none. Putting all your trust in a company like that only blinds your judgement when buying. A better question would be brand I will never trust at any point.

Asurion - Walmart's insurance for electronics. We sent a pc back with a bunch of data that we didn't have a backup to. There was a checkbox on the intake for to not reformat the drive. They reformatted anyways and claimed it was my fault for not having a backup. We didn't have the money for backup at this point, and besides that, they weren't supposed to reformat, per the box i checked. Even talking with a supervisor, all blame was placed on me and they refused to do anything. Not that I intend on buying a computer from walmart ever again, but if i did, I'd never even consider their insurance.

Facebook - Will never use any of their services ever again. My wife and I share an account that she uses to talk to a friend or two in PA, but we have no personal info, don't use their financial services, don't use messenger or any of that nonsense.

AT&T - In my 2 years in retail tech, I've heard nothing but nightmares about their internet. My parents have had a nightmare of an experience with them

There's more that I can't think of right now

Insanity is not the absence of sanity, but the willingness to ignore it for a purpose. Chaos is the result of this choice. I relish in both.
