4:20 is only 260 seconds. 420 seconds would be 7 minutes.

no, and i hate such a thing

especially when they didnt allow resizing after uploading, so you're stuck with an ugly picture until u can next upload and pray it looks good

I live in misery USA. my timezone is central daylight time which is either UTC -5 or -4 because the government hates everyone.

There's no specific time. It depends on the thread and whether it's still relevant.

 

You wouldn't reply to a 6 month old troubleshooting thread as the person would have solved the problem by then, and most of the necro posts I see on such threads are typically "I also have this problem how do I fix it?" in which case they should have made a new thread.

On the other hand if the Linus Meme thread hadn't received a reply for a few weeks then it'd make more sense to reply to that with a meme than start a new thread to post a meme. Those types of community discussions generally stay relevant.
