Don't lump me in with them. I'm an enthusiast of mechanic design, be it engines, weaponry, or productive machinery. Not a guy with a wrench that reads the marketing garbage AFE/insert other "enthusiast" brand that can't legally warranty half of their products.

I fail to see a correlation between people screeching variations of "forced induction is more efficient!!! Reclaimed energy!!!" and anything I've said.

If you can't be civil. Please leave

Edit. That goes for everyone in the thread

so my high school gave us laptops to use this year, and i must say i'm quite disappointed. when i heard x360, i expected something pretty good. but this is a base model, not even a normal pavillion model. and they still have you connect directly to their domain, so that means THEY HAVE THE FUCKING NERVE TO BLOCK SPOTIFY. WHAT THE FLIPPITY FUCK. I don't care if some settings are disabled and you can't install programs but why the FUCK did you block spotify? i'm so fucking heated.

i know a buddy of mine who reinstalled windows on his ... and then went to the schools IT guy to help connect to the schools network ... AFAIK he got everything working plus could connect to schools network .. but its in norway so idk about USA xD

idk why he reinstalled windows on there, and it's so weird how the it just let him reconnect the laptop like that.

Why don't you dual boot Ubuntu or something like that?

Yeah. Thats still in my head. I have a feeling I will go for a Mustang GT over it. Just depends on how I like driving them.

New one? Likely not. As much as I rather be the first owner so I know it hasn't been driven or screwed with by an idiot, I don't think it has enough features over the previous gen to be worth the price jump.

The good thing about the Mustang is the expensive stuff is fairly durable.... plus NA.

no the first thin you see when you power on is a blank screen, then the next thing you see is the windows loading screen. i smash everybutton in between, it ain't there.

it probably has fastboot enabled. Theres ways around that, but IDK about on a laptop.

@terrytek windows has an advanced boot settings screen that you can get to and use to get into the UEFI and disable fastboot and do other things like boot from removable media

Advanced startup options

Then on advanced startup hit restart now and you should be able to figure out the rest..

My old car, had to trade it due to working construction.  Seeing as im an engineer now I shouldnt have gotten rid of it.

2002 WRX Stage 2, 3" exhaust turboback, bc racing coilovers what an awesome car it was, rebuilt the engine myself once due to spinning two rod bearings.

Traded it for the 2003 Nissan Frontier with 110,000km this was 3 years ago now tho but shes still goin strong and havent had any problems a great truck.

Has all the tell tell signs of a spun bearing. But worst case scenario I do have a lead on a new engine with a 5 YEAR WARANTEE
