I'm going to go ahead and say that this is probably one of the worst forums to use for email phishing.

If only there was a way to mess with the sender of such emails..

Other than getting their geo-location....and dropping some ordnance...

Can you do the same as I asked the person in the topic linked above?

Can you click the down arrow next to the reply button, then click "show original". In the page that opens, can you then click "Copy to clipboard", then paste into a code tag (<> in the editor) and send it to me as a PM.

There may not be anything that we can do about it, but I want to make sure that it failed all of the forgery checks that it could have done.

@Stien88 might want to be more careful about showing your e-mail address on public forums by the way, this is how you get phished even harder.

Don't ask to ask, just ask... please 🤨

Its still just mask address. Pretty common for those fake emails getting through general filters.

Some additional measures have been put in place which should mean that all future spam emails that claim to be from LTT should be moved to spam (on all email providers that support DMARC, which most do). I am still interested in seeing the email source to be sure that nothing else is required, and please report any future spam that you receive that claims to be from us.
