Where do you work (Not Creepy I Swear)

DisguisedDemise

This is just a thread to talk about where you work, and if you want to rant :P

I work for a Bureau de Exchange in a Tesco's (British shop for anyone who hasn't heard if it)

I often browse the forums as its one of the only websites they haven't blocked yet lmao

Feel free to ask questions :P

It's really fun! And it's, in my opinion, one of the easiest thing to learn on side since there's is so much resource on the web. It can also be pretty profitable as freelance if you're good!

it's different from what i thought it was gonna be. Sometimes a little boring... i dont like sitting on the computer all day... i like to get up and do something a bit more manual labor every now and then lol

But a lot of it is SQL... having to upgrade database systems means there's lots to do and all the existing scripts have to be edited and changed. Fun fun fun!

I don't think there is much opportunity for a future job here sadly.. but ill find something for sure.

oh right, not so fun but its what makes the job a job, i dont enjoy what i do, customer service just makes me stressed. Given that most jobs are good at that, i still dont like people telling me what to do when they have no right (customers)

Specific place? Wherever I choose to and whenever I choose to. What I do? Software Engineering. No complaints.

The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place.
