Constant CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT BSOD issues

I have been getting the same BSOD throughout the day and have tried basically everything I can think of outside of fresh windows install: Driver reinstalls, reseating, tests, etc. Dump files are as follows:

For some reason the performance monitor report would never complete even after waiting for hours.

Retail version

Hardware is ~3-4 yrs old

Ryzen 9 5900X

RTX 3080
