In my town the best internet available is 20Mbps Down and about 10-15Mbps Up so what's your speeds?

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)

At one point was 100+Mbps but I get like 20 up. It fluctuates like crazy.

I'm suppose to get a 150mbps down cap but it fluctuates so much right now I'm getting 7 down and 5 up :(
