16 gig ram and 256 gig ssd since i have 200 down and reinstalling my prefered games wont take to long

 

WYR have to work and game on a monitor that only displays black and white or only displays inverted colours(not fixable with software)

6950X with a 750 Ti because I could just buy a new GPU, rather then a whole new CPU, motherboard and RAM.

Plus a 4100 probably isn't up to Cities Skylines :P

I'll take great ping and slow speeds. I can deal with 5 mbps. But bad ping makes multiplayer games unplayable, and those are pretty much the only games I like.

low profile coolers, unless it damages my cpu, i dont care (to some extent) about how lound my pc is. i will probably never oveclock anyways.
