If I'm doing technical sketches, probably a graphics tablet.

Depends on how much the YouTube videos are, assuming the Steam subscription is $60. So I can't actually answer that with the information provided.

Would you rather have to draw each letter you input into your computer at the scale of standard printer paper (one letter takes up the page), or use a keyboard with one key that you have to repeatedly press a number of times corresponding to the input (1=A, 2=B, 3=C, etc.).

A graphics tablet isn't much fuss. I think Wacom even makes an AIO tablet built around one of their digitizers, so it would be just as simple as bringing a book.

I would rather have a super cheap headset mainly because I already have one (TurtleBeach Earforce X11 for £6) but it isn't dodgy. 

 

WYR have to use a Raspberry pi zero as your main PC OR have to use the C.H.I.P. microcomputer as your main PC?

I would rather have a bad pc that has internet. I only say that because that is effectively what my last pc was capable of and playing Minecraft at low settings.
