Have a PC that's loud as and sounds like a blowdryer/vacuum cleaner but is very powerful? Or have a quiet PC that performs the same as a PS4/Xbox One?

Loud PC. Server room ;) WYR have a toaster or an ps4

Desktop onto concrete, I'm pretty sure the 800D can take it. I'd be a bit concerned about the graphics card yanking out the pcie slot but it's still better than what I think would lead to certain death...

Would you rather become world champion of a game you don't like, or be really awful at a game you enjoy?

Would you rather a Duel core CPU at 5Ghz or a Quad core CPU at 2Ghz? No overclocking.

Dual core. I won't be able to run VMs or certain games well, but it's okay. The most CPU intensive game I play is probably KSP, but that can be run off a dual core.

For the sake of gaming on pc give me 2 high performance cores assuming they are hypertreaded

WYR  in a game where sound/voices and visuals/clear details are equally important rather have a 55inch craptastic tv only capable of 360p resolution with thebest custom hifi audio solution in the world ,or the best tv/monitor of your prefered size resolution and paneltype with all your prefered features but an loud terrible unclear and distorted audio solition that is so bad you get physicly ill listening to it( unable to turn sound off)

Difficult question....... I hate low res gameplay or video and I hate distorted audio.

I think i'd have to go with TV.....

Ez question, 144fps+ on high (or even lower) settings ;)

WYR have triple 4K monitors with a potato (such as a gt740) or a single 720p monitor with a titan XP?

720p monitor since you're idea with 4K is flawed since potato GPU can't even power it :D.

Have the Core i7. The entire aircraft is basically fly by wire now so any time a flight control has the possibility to lag behind is an accident waiting to happen.

Would you rather drive a fully autonomous or non-autonomous car if you were the only one in the world given that choice? Knowing that any accident you're involved in would be certainly blamed on you (minus mechanical problems); but you'll be the only person in the world to experience the joy of driving.
