How do you fuck up a wall plug?

My ~$200 USD build:

AMD A8-7600    G. Skill Ripjaws Z @1800 CAS 8     EVGA 500w 80+ PSU    Gigabyte GAF2A68HM-DS2H Motherboard

I think it's the plastic section being too weak and someone could yank off the prongs.

I'd just like to say, god damn Apple's support quality has dropped significantly. Few years ago a 5 min hold time to speak with someone was unusual, now you're looking at 10 mins minimum every time you need to call, they they pile on the BS empathy (bitch please I know you deal with c**ts all day you don't need to tell me how my issue feels you with saddness that an apple product is having issues). I've got 100's of these faulty adapters so this is going to take a while (hopefully the adviser wont hang up on me this time because the call will go long and affect their call status, and will let me get them all mailed out).

 

Issue with ISP or <insert any other vendor I've had to deal with>, call them, answered straight away, told I need to speak with Team X due to quantities, put on hold and with-in 5 mins the entire issue is sorted.

Cars form pretty much any brand... I really don't see why this was pulled. Doesn't even seem like anyone was notably hurt. If it was like what happened with the Surface's charger where most of them are effected then it makes sense.
