Update

Well guys, it seems that I am having a hard time with creating a front plate which is both functional and appealing to the eye. But, I have two more models to present to you. Please note that the same design will be mirrored on the top ventilation panel abovethe motherboard. Amongst other things, I am starting to look at the colour scheme again, and am very partial to a white case with either red or blue as the highlight colour. I know it has been done many times before, but I really like them :) And last but not least, I have started working on the materials of the 3D renders. Before I have just used flat colours with a diffusion which absorbs light, much light paint on your walls at home. But now I am coming up to the end of the process, so I want to polish the rendering process by applying the correct materials to their corresponding objects. It is another learning process creating these materials, but it too is intuitive.

So, without further adieu, here is what I have to present to you guys!

Frontplates

Option 1:

So, I hope you have once again enjoyed an update from me :)

P.S. You guys are a hoot to read. Sorry I can't be more hectic and reply to every comment, it's just I am juggling fulltime work, designing and rending, half time study, a 5 month old baby girl and her christening. ;)

The blue with white is nice! The front panels didn't please my eyes till the night shot! Glorious!

IMO the white and red looks best. I think you should also consider making the red a tad deeper.

Well I think it's cause the ROG boards make Red and Black way too common

Wow, it seems that option 2 faceplate with white and blue is the most popular, and also my favourite. Out of all of the faceplate designs, is option 2 the best one so far?

if the mid-plate doesn't needs any holes for airflow this could be a nice idea.

Yeah, I kind of aggree.. There's something about the previous that's very unique, although on the other hand it is also kind of boring... Hmm It's very defficult with a project like this, and I hope that it turns out just as good as metallic's previous build (TJ08-E)..

If possible even better :P

We really need to get out of the planning stage (No offense) I think you should decide on a design and get building!
