My gigabyte gtx 760 wind force rev 2 but my motherboard comes very close to beating it.

How about a water cooling loop option? At about 420$ my loop beats my gpu (gtx980) by 20$

Tough call between my Xeon E3-1231v3 and my GTX 970 for most valuable. Probably the Xeon since I think it'll be relevant longer.
