AMD "It's Coming..." teaser

EpIcPoNaGe

then what is that?

That seems to be the top of the cooler, if you look at the bottom left you can see the 2x 8pin and part of the PCB.

That front plate looks whorbad, like it has an impact resistance cover or something...

The card has to be around 200mm long give or take. If you base the length of the card on rear I/O bracket (~120mm).

Well HBM memory is supposed to fit the same capacity chips as GDDR6 in a smaller area....

Which is not even on the PCB anymore either. That's a lot of space freed up that use to take up at least 1/6 of the PCB.

I actually like the look of it, but then again I won't be looking at the card once it's in a fully sealed Define S :3

Naaaah.  No need for side-windows.  Just lots of sound dampening.

I assume the AIO water cooler, covers the VRM's too.

thats the back of the card..

It's the front. The PCI bracket is on the right and the PCI connector is not visible (meaning it's on the top of the card on the pic).

That's a question that everyone will be asking until we see the card torn apart. My guess is they put a MCP to cover the VRM that comes into contact with the waterblock. If something like that happens to be the case then we will be looking at a card that runs extremely cool. The radiator will throw a bunch of heat but the card itself will run cool.

What if this is a lower end card like a 380X.
