Our Grace. The Feathered One. He shows us the way. His bob is majestic and shows us the path. Follow unto his guidance and His example. He knows the one true path. Our Saviour. Our Grace. Our Father Birb has taught us with His humble heart and gentle wing the way of the bob. Let us show Him our reverence and follow in His example. How about you consult a doctor for this?

I can recommend laxative stuff, but not sure if you can have it or if it will actually help...

Simple solution that works faster than laxative, and doesn't last quite as long:

1. pour like.....8 tablespoons of baking soda into a tall glass of water.

2. Guzzle water as fast as you can.

3. Keep refilling and drinking the water until all the baking soda is inside you.

4. RUN for the bathroom, as your anus is about to become a firehose.

5. Sit on the toilet for about....45 minutes

6. Enjoy being flushed completely out, and probably losing several pounds.

Maybe start off with 4 tablespoons first, then if that doesn't work, another 4. My sister did this to me one time when I was stopped up and bloated.

Best. Bowel movement. EVER.

Ketchup is better than mustard.

GUI is better than Command Line Interface.

Dubs are better than subs

Laxatives and lots of water.

I've got some "natural" "Fiber" pills that are just supposed to help maintain normal function.

What they do to me isn't natural in any way.. But they work

It wasn't a serious question. I was just poking fun at your missuse of words. :P

yeah.. English is not my native language so I sometimes depends on Chrome's dictionary for words I don't use much.

And lactation has to do with milk/diary stuff right? :P

Drink lots and lots of warm saltwater,it does sound bad but helps or get an enema.

Consume Lots of water and nutrition that is full of fiber would be more healthy to lax your digestive system. Try to walk out for distances, practise sport and try not to poop forcefully; you will end up getting hemorrhoids. Be easy on yourself, don't force yourself in toilet when constipated.

Get well, pal! ^^
