This is just another reason to not watch porn. 

I also do not as I do not feel it works with my beliefs and I want to share the seeing and feeling with someone special one day. 

Watching pr0n is not going to hurt you in any way, you could even learn a few new tricks from watching pr0n lol.

I could bet some good money that cavemen used to watch porn xD.

Yeah porn sites are usually really sketchy and even if they're completely legit I feel like the next one is just a massive trap for my information.

Oh man I don't doubt that. Every time my very religious aunt came over and used our desktop way back in the day it would always get some sort of virus, and every time I visit her I have to clean out her computer.

Are you sure it's the website and not some Flash ad phishing for her to "update" her software?

Edit: According to their response to Gizmodo, the issue has been resolved.

Ketchup is better than mustard.

We know that MalwareBytes Anti-Exploit has been updated but who is going to download software to protect them selves on sites like these.

This is very true...Due to the fact people attack religion and the Churches do not have the time nor money to keep up with it. 

 

So its not all that surprising when you think about it like that.

if you didnt want a reaction then you shouldnt of created something to react to, if you have seen actions like that in the past then why wouldnt you take actions to prevent creating an argument. The pornography industry is utilized by majority of the male populous and majority of this forum has males so adding a sweeping comment as you did may offend someone without knowing it.

Think about it like this....

Rather then lusting after all the boobs/etc on the internet I am keeping my mind somewhat clean and focused on tasks I need to be doing. Also I am staying committed to my girlfriend.

 

That's how I see it. So it is going to hurt ME but not just me people around me.

My thoughts?

I thought this was common knowledge that sites like these are full of malware, but after reading the story a bit more, I am surprised that hackers managed to edit the source code to do this. I would have thought it would have been more difficult to gain access to the code than it was.

Also, the amount of innuendos that could have been used.... I tried my best, it was so hard to avoid them.

Your Thoughts, please leave them down below, and a side note to how I end my stories, KEEP IT CLEAN!

UPDATE:

The site in question has responded and confirmed it was breached, it has fixed the issue at hand, but my advice, still be careful.

Yeah it is common knowledge but don't be surprised that they changed the source code, it was probably the NSA. As for keeping it *Clean at the *End, that's just good courtesy.

I run my browser through NSA ports to make their illegal jobs easier. :P
If it's not broken, take it apart and fix it.

It's pretty sad that many people seem to be focused on the adult nature of the affected website.  In case anyone has forgotten, malware can be written to exploit any number of flaws in Windows and applications.  This can happen to any website.  Porn has little to do with it.

 

Yeah, but it's great when you can tease your friends about why their PCs are infected with malware.

Top tip for anybody using these sites.

 

Download VirtualBox and a copy of Ubuntu. Set up a VM and use this whenever you want to access untrustworthy websites.

 

Keeps your main OS clean and you don't have to explain all of those awkward automatic search results when you let somebody use your computer.
