since I'm to lazy to get software for working on gifs can you do freds for me

I don't like linking shit on the phone though. And a scavenger hunt would be fun would it not?

If you use photoshop, you can edit each frame using the timeline down at the bottom then save for web to make it a gif.

I only have Paint.NET. :( I've been using Paint.NET for four years, but it doesn't let you edit gifs.. :'(
