What do you prefer? (build form factors)

-TesseracT-

I would love to build in a mITX case, but I'm down for a full tower, but only if I have what to stuff in it lol

It's not a bug, it's an undocumented feature!

Small as possible but without compromising too much on performance and cooling.

My Next Build, I will try to make it in a minitower I think. I want a smaller computer. Although I have no room on my deck so a small cube on the floor might be weird... will see.

The smallest case that'll still fit components that aren't compromised for features.

It's a really difficult decision - mid-towers and m-ITX cases are both so glorious. They all have their own merits. I think both ATX and mITX builds are on the same level of beauty and aesthetic.

I've been Mid all my life but HTPCa cases are getting better looking and I wouldn't mind ghosting it into my theater setup

I think it would be fun to build a PC that fits in the living room, console sized, looks cool, but meh, I feel Mid Towers are still the sweet spot. Besides, if you are a novice builder, then dealing with Mini ITX in small enclosures might be infuriating.

Its a tie between itx and mid tower.

Big cases have their magic, it makes you feel their greatness and also shows the money spent on it.

The itx cases however are more space efficient and let you have lot more room on your desk.

Cant decide here really, but voted for Mid as multichoice is not allowed.

Mid tower ATX like my Carbide 200R fits my desk so damn well

Full tower is just too big, Mini ATX is just too small

I love the Define R4 though I would like more options and possibly the Define Mini getting more colors and options as well.
I would love a Titanium/Arctic White Define R4 with a Window that is more centered (still closer to the rear but also coming forward a bit.)

Prefer cube but they still have not found  a cube to my liking. Prefer size of mid-tower over full only because full tower can be ridiculously huge. Pretty happy with CM HAF XM but considering NZXT H630 so I can mount CM Nepton 280L in the front and exhaust out the top. Always looking at cooler, quieter, and more 140mm!

A midi case is a nice size for your desk, not too small and not too big, but I prefer the extra size of a full tower for the room inside.

So long as I get decent air flow, the smallest case for the components is my choice. Thats either ITX if I have zero plans for a second card or any other expansions, or a mid tower case because I dont really see a point to a mATx build. If you need the space, you need the space.

I've only ever built in a mid tower, but I want to try ITX for my next build.

My Enthoo Pro is heavy as hell and barely fits on my desk, but I love it. Plus, there is plenty of room for cable management and working room. ITX looks like a pain for cable management.
