The best way to play Arma 3 is to join a clan... Any clan.

They'll have an excellent mod list and they will play missions or use the "Zeus" tool.

You didn't hear this from me but Finland uses Arma 2 for their military training and West point uses an offshoot of Arma 3 made by bohemia interactive for their training.

Or go the casual road and just join any random KOTH (king of the hill) server if you don't want to bother with mods. But overall, no one plays Arma to play Arma. Arma is more or less just a framework and most people play heavily modded versions.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.

MSI finally released a full stable BIOS for my B450 board to use 5000-series chips, so I bought a 5900x. Should be a bit of an upgrade over my current 2700x, and if I can talk my brother into buying a beffier PSU, he'll get an upgrade from his 2600.

My Current Setup:

AMD Ryzen 5900X

Samsung 970 EVO Plus 2TB

Ya boy has been on a roll buying used hardware these last few months. Got a full Vive kit last month (controllers and base stations not shown):

When my CM Nepton 240M  started making terrible pump noise (rip, one of my original parts) I replaced it with a Wraith Stealth I had lying around as an interim solution. Unfortunately this was in 2020 so hardware prices were a mess (yes, even coolers). Bought myself an NHD14 and AM4 mounting kit last week 😍 and my rig is now whisper quiet (and far cooler)!

AMD Ryzen R7 1700 (3.8ghz) w/ NH-D14, EVGA RTX 2080 XC (stock), 4*4GB DDR4 3000MT/s RAM, Gigabyte AB350-Gaming-3 MB, CX750M PSU, 1.5TB SDD + 7TB HDD, Phanteks enthoo pro case

Bought a piece of cardboard for $162 (thank you black Friday sale that took it to ~$191 followed by my 20% associate discount at work). Now I can finally use legit Photoshop, Lightroom Classic, Premiere, Audition, and Acrobat and I don't even have to pay Adobe the usual asking price of ~$700 a year.

I woulda thought europe to be one of the most expensive since internet was still billed by the hour until like 2008~2010
Plus Pew Die Pie was talking about his struggles with internet in the UK which... for him to leave that in a video must've meant something.

the only thing about home internet in the UK is speeds.  the average speed here is under 60Mb/s Source

And prices reflect that low broadband speed too  I pay around £60 a month for my 'Fibre to the Exchange' BT service.  I do, however, have the blessing of being told when Full Fibre will be available to me.

For decades, yes.

We also got Target for 2 years, but the Target story is the most idiotic corporate story ; they opened 133 stores almost all at once (bought the rental agreement of a failing retailer), but they didn't have any distribution network, had half empty stores for weeks after opening, and then after the first 18 months, decided to close because they weren't profitable yet ...

Interesting....

My rough estimate of GBP to USD is 100 GBP = about $150 us..

So $90  (maybe $75 nowadays) is quite expensive for that speed.

Assuming I'm reading it the same as you...

100% agree, seeing how they were expecting to be profitable after the first year of ; buying 133 stores, setting up a distribution chain from the ground up, building a whole customer base, etc...

Not sure who runs Target now, but whoever was in charge back in 2014-2015 was a complete moron.

I feel like Walmart is the only company that could open hundreds of stores in canada (if they weren't there) and just have it work.

Target is like...

When I purchased the Project Killswitch set from dbrand I figured I may aswell buy one of their "just for shits and giggles" items for once and thus got the Rubrics Cube with the Red Icon Stickers:

IMG_20221129_150207_1.thumb.jpg.9aff306e76760017e0f4d736c11851eb.jpg

IMG_20221129_150046_1.thumb.jpg.f2fdee7989226b13280faf495d54fedb.jpg

I have now applied one out of the 55 Stickers to the Cube, will probably apply the remaining 54 when watching Wan Show on the Weekend. The funny thing is that the Cube will actually not make any sense once all Stickers are applied because every Sticker is a separate Icon lol.

The Killswitch Case on the other hand will be actually very useful. I'm gonna guess I'll get it by February 2023.

You can take a look at all of the Tech that I own and have owned over the years in my About Me section and on my Profile.

I'm Swiss and my Mother language is Swiss German of course, I speak the Aargauer dialect. If you want to watch a great video about Swiss German which explains the language and outlines the Basics, then click here.

If I could just play Videogames and consume Cool Content all day long for the rest of my life, then that would be sick.

Oddly, it pretty much came that way. 48GB ram, Radeon...5870 I think? GPU, got el Capitan on it (and read how to go up further than that with trickery)

and I should have put "purchase" in quotes, as it was free. (corrupted OS prevented it from booting, so user thought it was bad)
