I bought a SDD for a old computer that I updated to Windows 10 and picked up a cheap power supply because of a rebate.

I don't want a laptop with an auto dimming function that can't be turned off nor one that falls apart 6 months after buying it.

I had a MBP before and it served me well during 3 years. The same can't be said about all the other laptops from other brands I had.

And OSX is free to install for everyone.

Err, what? TBH I do not follow the Apple news so much and a quick google research showed kind of mixed results: Do you mean I can download OSX, grab and old harddrive and put it in my PC and have it as dual boot for free? Like Linux-free?  I thought it was just a completely free Update for all Mac Owners?

(I never had a Mac but do like their devices and some features of their OS, so it would be fun to try it out^^)

It's just a free upgrade for current Mac owners. Technically free if you have the proper hardware and lots of time/patience for a Hackintosh.

Yes, it's called Hackintoshing. It's as easy as installing Windows from a USB stick.

You use a program to format a USB Stick with Mac Os X, then go trough the installation just like any other Mac. I did it 2 years ago, bought Mountain Lion for 17.99 from App Store, but Yosemite is now free to download

Don't hate Apple for their software, hate them for their shitty overpriced hardware. Why can't they deliver good specs just like the other manufactures?

Okay, this sounds a bit more like what I remember. Otherwise I'd probably have to revise my source, since I had missed one major eruption is OS history....   :D  Apple free for all AND for non-mac machines... That wouldn't even count as a 180 spin in company strategy - more like twisted 960 corxscrew blindfolded and onehanded...

Okay, thanks for the clarification. Though in my eyes that still isn't really free like.. legitimately free..   But well.  :P

I thought about extending that, though I still would not call all of there products overpriced. They are premium, sure, but you don't just buy the hardware, products usually consist of more than just that. And well, since they still aren't bankrupt... I don't value these factors as much as others so I don't buy them but why even rant about it? From an economic perspective, I just tap my hat regarding their business model  and continue getting the stuff I want. I really don't get all those haters, be it AMD vs NVidia, Apple vs MS vs Linux...^^

I would buy an Apple product, if they delivered the same parts as the competition for the same price. They can easily do that, Apple is the biggest hardware company, they can buy components dirt cheap :)

The Imac 5K is one of the single Apple products that makes sense price/performance wise, just because of that beautiful 5K screen, that you can't get anywhere else, unless you buy the 2000$ Dell 5K monitor.

I'll just say this: I legit dropped my old phone on a MBP at Best Buy and part of the screen that was already cracked chipped a little more. Them mofos are built to last.

anyone from balkan region really

but the rest of the world sees balkan as backwards and something to be avoided, so it's only famous for that and other, usually bad, things

There is so much bad quality meat in Germany. Alone the very common o² "protective atmosphere" packaging is making a lot of meat inedible.
