Nice shot, I like the lighting and composition. My biggest gripe is that I don't think his face is in focus.

These are good shots though. Your composition is good, which is the most important thing. The one thing I'm not completely thrilled about in the last one is the aloe or whatever leaves in the foreground. They do give sort of a sense of depth, but I think they're a bit cluttered.

I think the sun makes the image interesting, nothing wrong about that.

Canon 700D with the standard kit lens at 55mm @ f/14 and 1/200 sec. Off camera flash to the right.

 

Trial and error my friend then processed in Lightroom 5.

Maybe a dozen or so for this shot. It get a bit messy though with water splashing all over the place.

I have other water drop shots that I must have taken over 200 hundred shots to get.

Forgot to say, I used a tripod and a remote. Must have these two things.

I was very excited to see this picture as I watch it load as the clouds are excellent.  But then I saw a picture of BHS shop and car park.  Sorry I don't like the subject.  5/10
