Need help guys, I'm trying to access an external drive but it won't show up. I can see it in disk management but it lists it as Unallocated. If I try to create a partition I get the error. There are a ton of photo's on the drive that I need to recover. Any Ideas ? I have tried EASEUS Data recovery but it can't find and partitions or files. The drive is a Toshiba DTB310 1TB.

I have a GTX 1070, purchased from eBay from a guy who was using it to mine. I run three screens, one on DP, one DVI and one using hdmi to dvi cable. This first happened on the main screen, sorted with a reboot but then happened on the second screen the next day. I have checked temps, cables and rolled back the driver. Not happened since but not feeling confident. Is it fucked ?

I'm using a 270x but now have a 1440 display so a Polaris GPU will come in very handy

For the same money you can get a decent 27 inch 1080p which would be better for the consoles or just get a 24 inch 1080p and save a pile of cash. 1440 would just be a waste. -
So, update time. BUT it is dead as a fucking Dodo. No power going to it at all. Such a shame. It is also being picked up on Friday but at least they are dropping another one for me to try at the same time.

Can someone tell me if this would be classed as a dead pixel. On the screen it looks like a tiny black dot but close up it looks like an issue between the pixels.

I plan on getting another 270x in the new year. Sorry for being sad dude (in your opinion). I sit very close so it's actually bigger than a 60 inch screen in the lounge if you factor in peripheral vision. I'm only about 15 inches away.- 9 replies

OK guys here is the problem. At the moment I use an Acer 1080p 24 inch screen as my main display but want to upgrade. Problem is I have a budget. Do I go to 27 inch IPS with 1080p or a 25 inch IPS with 1440. Oh these first world problems. I do game but mainly use it for photo editing and watching movies.
