Cheapest Place for Watch Dogs

Where would be the cheapest place to get Watch Dogs? I saw G2A had it for $46, which was alright, but I heard it could be found cheaper. I think the game looks good, but not $60 good or even $46 for that matter. If I can't find it cheaper I might just wait until it goes on sale.

Would you guys recommend buying Watch Dogs on my second Origin account with no games on it or on my main Origin account with games? I only say this as there is always the possibility of my account getting banned and its not like the game runs through Origin anyways. Also are you able to download the game through Origin or do I have to download it through UPlay? Im doing all of this through the Mexican Origin site so I just wanted to make sure or get some opinions.
