That should be all, just connect it to your new computer and it will be ready. -
Go to control panel, system and security and click on "create and format hard disk partitions" This tool will allow you to format your ssd

If you don't have access to a windows usb or disc, then yeah deleting everything but windows is an option. -
make sure you set it up in display settings

If your deleting everything except for windows, then isn't that the same as setting up windows again? -
Its not really worth to buy a gpu just to mine, in my opinion save up a bit more and buy a better gpu to use for gaming and mining, like a 1080 or 1070. You could also sell your 270.
