I got my old PSX, i got from my father as a birthday present.

 

And recently got a PS2, even though i've owned quite a few games for it for a while - some nice games! (found them in a box, next to some trash.. score!)

 

and i've still got my ps3, though i had to buy a 2nd one, because buying the whole console with a few controllers, was cheaper than just finding a separate controller for sale.

 

My Ps4 is in being lend out to a friend.

 

And i've also got a Wii, and a SNES mini.

 

And currently under the TV i've got the switch and a PS5 (Everything else is hooked up in my guest room or in storage)

 

I've also owned the NES, SNES, N64, and a Gamecube. 

 

I mainly play PC though. The consoles are just bought for the exclusive titles.

I'll include all the systems I've owned, in the order I got them:

 

PS2

Dreamcast (I miss it so!)

Game Boy Advance

Game Boy Advance SP (so much better)

Xbox 360

PS3

Wii Mini (yes, really)

Ouya (yes really, part II)

PS4

Xbox One

Switch

PS5

 

I've used the DS series but never owned one, and the Wii Mini/Ouya purchases were as much out of curiosity as anything. I rather like the thought of having those odd duck consoles that few people own, even if I don't really touch them these days.

Am I too late to the post?

 

I owned nearly every old Nintendo console years ago. I used to buy and sell video games, so getting them wasn’t difficult. Also owned almost every TLOZ title, until I moved to another place and no longer had the space for it. Gave away everything to my cousins then.

 

Currently I have:

Wii U

PS3

Switch

 

And sometimes I borrow my brother’s 2DS.

In the order of acquisition:

Dendi/NES (sold to get games for Sega)

Megadrive/Genesis (sold)

NGageQD (considered a console? Sold for a phone upgrade... should have kept it, was an interesting device)

XBox360 (got it for Mass Effect, sold)

PSP (cause Tekken multiplayer during a boring class lol, sold... whyyy did I sell it😭)
PS2slim (got it cause it was dirt cheap lol, sold)

(New)2DS (got it in 2020 to finally experience Ocarina and Majora on ‘native’ hardware; regret buying Ocarina - it didnt age well; also hand cramps)

Got a PS5 disc version on order but no idea when I'm actually going to get it.

 

After almost exactly 8 months since placing the order, I can now finally add PS5 to my list of owned consoles. Unfortunately that also means I had to for now at least retire my 360 as I've run out of available HDMI inputs on my TV.

1 xbox 360 Gears of War 3 edition,

1 playstation 2 "fat" model.

1 Playstation 3. Maybe original version? Also "fat?"

 

We also have NES & Sega Genesis, but the NES is acting up (tech said the pins need to be bent for better contact) and idk where the cables are for the sega genesis.

I'm an elitist, so it's not enough to just have a system.  Has to be a limited edition--if possible.  And I've purged several systems from my inventory (Gameboy Play-It-Loud Clear, Green Gameboy Color, GBA Pokemon edition, etc)--when the functionality of them was replicated by others I have.

 

--current stable--

GBA SP-NES Edition

DS-Lite - Zelda Triforce Edition

Purple 3DS

 

NES MK2 (top loader) & a dogbone controller

SNES MK2 (plus several programpads)

N64 Grape (not atomic purple) (plus gold, atomic green--not jungle green--, and grape controllers)

Silver GCN and Silver GBA adapter

Wii

 

I would have bought a Wii-U, but they never added DS cartridge support.  I would have bought a Switch, but even the newest bundle has no 4k.

Good Man.  But don't write off consoles entirely.  Someday, there may be a RetroPie that doesn't have input lag....

I have WiiU. Me and my friends still ocasioally play Nintendo Land and Mario Party games. 🙂

Also I have Xbox One X that I play at least once a week and Xbox One S that I keep in case we want to play something locally.
